  1. I have tried dydoc on commons-beanutils.jar, and got nothing. Only “Loading classes from …”. No docs.

  2. Then you should get an error message telling you what failed.

    One way or another, make sure that your classpath is setup properly as beanutils depends on collections which depends on logging.
